We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy for us to explore. The breakfast was fantastic, with a delicious buffet spread. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and stylish interior, and the hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the staff were friendly too.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I had a delightful experience. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful garden near the town center. I was able to explore the nearby sights conveniently. The service at this hotel was outstanding, with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. I even received a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent assistance with tours and tickets.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families in search of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, just a stone throw away from beautiful natural surroundings and plenty of things to see and do around. Rooms were comfortable with nice bed linens and towels. Breakfast was good enough, with lots of choices and delicious hot drinks. The hotel lobby was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights and had a wonderful atmosphere.
Hotel staff could do better in communicating with their guests. No instructions were given about the hotel's services, opening times and so on. No mention that some of the facilities were not working during the Christmas period, which was a bit of let down. The heating in the rooms was not properly working, and we could still feel the cold. we felt that our experience didn't quite live up to our expectations, and we were left with a sense of disappointment.

Stylish interior, lovely hotel. Decent hotel at low price. Great location with attractive terrace. Super nice, comfortable bed. Nice staff, helpful and friendly. Big, nicely arranged breakfast buffet. Nice lobby area and bar. Free parking near hotel.

The hotel had a really nice location in a quiet area, perfect for a weekend getaway. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food to choose from. We also really enjoyed the private sauna and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The wellness center was a bit of a letdown, with poor quality service. We tried a hot stones wrap, but the experience wasn't what we imagined and the stones cooled down immediately.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk from the town's main attractions and shops. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice design and furniture. the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of fresh food and drinks.
Some of the staff members seemed indifferent and did not provide the best service to guests.
